1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Jackets must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

3. Return Shipping

  • Customer pays for return shipping unless item is defective/wrong
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return address will be provided upon authorization

  • Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving return
  • Refund issued to original payment method
  • Allow 7-10 business days for bank processing
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only

5. Exchanges

  • Customer covers additional shipping costs for exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged/defective jacket:

  • Provide photos of damage/defect and packaging
  • We’ll arrange free return shipping and full refund/replacement

7. Final Sale Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized/personalized jackets
  • Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”
  • Used or altered merchandise
  • Items without original tags

8. International Returns

  • Customers responsible for return shipping and customs fees
  • Refund amount excludes original shipping costs
