1. Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Jackets must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) required

3. Return Shipping
- Customer pays for return shipping unless item is defective/wrong
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return address will be provided upon authorization
4. Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving return
- Refund issued to original payment method
- Allow 7-10 business days for bank processing
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only
5. Exchanges
- Size exchanges available within 30 days
- Subject to availability of requested size/color
- Customer covers additional shipping costs for exchanges
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged/defective jacket:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of damage/defect and packaging
- We’ll arrange free return shipping and full refund/replacement
7. Final Sale Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Customized/personalized jackets
- Clearance/sale items marked “Final Sale”
- Used or altered merchandise
- Items without original tags
8. International Returns
- Customers responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Refund amount excludes original shipping costs
- Processing may take additional time
